Are you not satisfied with your order? We are very sorry to hear that, and we would love to know what we can do to make you happy.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs.

Only the costs for the return shipment to Ms Butler are at your own expense. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, ensure that the product is returned to Ms Butler with all delivered accessories and in the original condition and packaging. To use this right, you can contact us via customerservice@msbutler.nl

We will then refund the order amount due within 5 days after registering your return, provided the product has already been received in good order.

Easy returns in 3 simple steps

Step 1: Request your return and wait for confirmation

Request a return by going to your account page. Once you have received the confirmation that your return has been approved, please send the items along with the confirmation email to the address on the confirmation.

Step 2: Send your order

Once you have received the confirmation that your return has been approved, please send the items along with the confirmation email to the address on the confirmation. Always use the track & trace option. Ms Butler cannot be held responsible for shipments that do not arrive at Ms Butler. Therefore, consider whether you want to send your shipment registered and insured. Also, make sure to sufficiently frank the shipment, as we otherwise cannot accept it.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount on your bank account

Once we have received the package, we will strive to ensure that the purchase amount is back in your bank account within 10 working days. We rely on the Shopify and Stripe systems for your refunds to be processed.
